1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using RIGHT.CUT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.

The Service is operated by DXF Manufacturing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 12455731). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DXF Manufacturing Ltd.

2. Use Licence and Restrictions

DXF Manufacturing Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use RIGHT.CUT for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Resell, sub-license, or redistribute access to the Service
• Use the Service to compete with DXF Manufacturing Ltd

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

DXF Manufacturing Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

4. User-Generated Content and Data

When you submit cutting parameters, cut profiles, photos, notes, or other content to RIGHT.CUT, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant DXF Manufacturing Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, analyse, adapt, and use that content for the purposes of operating, securing, maintaining, supporting, and improving the Service, including improving recommendations, internal review processes, and the cut profiles or parameter libraries made available through the Service.

If you choose to mark content as "shared" or contribute it to the community, that content may be made available to other users without public attribution to your account.

You acknowledge and agree that DXF Manufacturing Ltd may review newly created, saved, or submitted cut profiles through internal administrative tools for moderation, support, quality assurance, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service improvement. Such internal review does not mean that your identity will be shown publicly to other users.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the rights to submit all content you provide
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain malicious code or harmful materials

5. NO WARRANTY - PARAMETERS PROVIDED "AS IS"

CRITICAL: Cutting parameters are provided for informational purposes only

THE SERVICE AND ALL CUTTING PARAMETERS, AI RECOMMENDATIONS, AND COMMUNITY-SUBMITTED DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

DXF Manufacturing Ltd makes no representation or warranty that:

• Any cutting parameters will produce satisfactory results
• AI analysis will be accurate or error-free
• Community-submitted parameters have been verified or tested
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE ALL PARAMETERS AND RECOMMENDATIONS AT YOUR OWN RISK. You are solely responsible for testing and verifying all parameters before use in production. Always start with conservative settings and test on scrap material first.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

DXF Manufacturing Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Material waste or scrap
• Equipment damage
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Personal injury
• Data loss
• Any other damages arising from use of the Service

In no event shall DXF Manufacturing Ltd's total liability exceed the amount you paid to access the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DXF Manufacturing Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the Service

8. Professional Responsibility

RIGHT.CUT is a reference tool only. It does not replace professional judgment, training, or machine manufacturer guidelines.

You acknowledge that:

• You have appropriate training to operate laser cutting equipment
• You will follow all manufacturer safety guidelines
• You are responsible for workplace safety and compliance
• AI recommendations are suggestions, not certifications
• Community parameters are user-submitted and unverified

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, algorithms, AI models, and databases, are owned by or licensed to DXF Manufacturing Ltd.

"RIGHT.CUT" and the DXF logo are trademarks of DXF Manufacturing Ltd. You may not use these marks without written permission.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

11. Service Modifications and Termination

DXF Manufacturing Ltd reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time
• Change these terms with 30 days' notice
• Terminate your access for breach of these terms
• Remove or modify user-generated content

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services including Google Gemini AI for image analysis. Your use of these features is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

13. Export Control

You agree to comply with all UK and international export laws and regulations. You will not use the Service in any country subject to UK trade sanctions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DXF Manufacturing Ltd regarding use of the Service.
